Planning Officer

Planning Officer required to join a Local Authority based in Suffolk on a permanent basis.

You will have a minimum of 2 years UK experience working within a similar role in the past. You will be dealing with The Local Development Framework for planning and The Core Strategy. Other duties will consist of you assisting the other Junior Policy Planners, participating in public inquiries, attending meetings, and managing day to day policy matters. The ideally applicant will have excellent communications skills, and be a great team player.

Must have a degree in Planning or equivalent, RTPI status is desirable and you will hold a full UK drivers license.
