This leading property consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior level Planner to work in their busy Kent based office. You will have previous experience gained within consultancy or a mix of private and public sector experience. Working on a variety of residential development projects including small schemes, substantial projects and mixed use schemes on behalf of leading developers. You will be RTPI qualified or eligible for Chartered status with a pro-active can do attitude with excellent communication skills. Able to go out and win business and offer planning advice to consultants and clients alike.
