Development Control Planner

Long term contract opportunity for an experienced Development Control Planner to join this busy London borough. You will be responsible for processing major and delegated planning applications, attending site visits, offering planning advice to members of the public, preparing committee reports and written appeals. You will have previous experience gained with Development Control dealing with major planning applications. Experience of supervising Junior Planners is a distinct advantage.
