Associate Director (Commercial Developments)

An international cost and project management consultant that continues to maintain a family orientated atmosphere has just opened a new office in Cork. The office will be part of their wider commercial sector division and will include office, retail, mixed use and residential developments.

Currently they are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has the ability to assist in managing. The post holder will also be required to lead various key cost management commissions, providing end to end service delivery.

To be suitable an applicant must be chartered, either SCS, RICS or equivalent governing body. Applicants must also posses an excellent commercial and management ability. In return the post holder would earn an excellent basic plus a flexible benefits package.
