To support their continued success within the Education Sector, specifically Building Schools for the Future arena, they are currently recruiting a Lead Technical Advisor.

This is a high profile and exciting role within the organisation which plays a key role in managing some of their most valued projects and clients.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Administering, managing and supervising all aspects of the appointed parties;

Preparing project reporting documentation, including complying with the Contracting Authority's requirements for financial control of advisory costs;

Preparing and developing (in conjunction with the Financial and Legal Advisers) all documentation required by the Contracting Authority including all necessary studies, reports, analyses, financial models and cost estimates (either as inputs or discrete pieces of advise);

Work with the Contracting Authority from a technical perspective in developing a Strategy for Change that translates the overall educational vision into a phased programme of investment into the secondary schools estate;

Preparation of an Outline Business Case (OBC) for grouped schools projects (Wave) including preparation of inputs for the shadow financial models, funding/affordability models and value for money models. The production of the OBC will be led by the Contracting Authority Project Director with further support from the financial advisers.
