Senior Project Manager

This specialist Project Management consultancy requires a talented Senior Project Manager with experience in delivering hotel buildings.

You will have a portfolio of work within the hotel industry delivering both new build and refurbishment projects. Experience in the planning and pre construction phase is necessary and you will need to have worked within a building consultancy environment.

Working closely with the client it is essential that you have good interpersonal skills and have a good technical understanding. You should be degree qualified within Engineering / Architecture / surveying or quantity surveying. Chartership is definitely beneficial but experience is essential for this position.

This consultancy operates around the world and if of interest can offer you the opportunity to travel overseas.
