M&E Project Manager

You're an experienced M&E Project Manager looking for a new challenge. Then this might be the opportunity for you. The company is looking for someone who is prepared to give a long term career commitment. You'll have had previous experience in driving a team to program. You will be commercially aware and be able to develop new business for the company. You'll be used to managing M&E contracts within the construction industry from inception to completion and able to manage budgets. You'll also be experienced in managing labour and be fully aware of procurement and the procurement process. You'll have to have a good understanding and be able to interpret project programmes, which have been prepared using project planning tools like Primavera. Ideally your background will be M&E, but if you have specialised in electrical or mechanical engineering, then they will also consider that. The post will be offered on a permanent basis, but they will also consider people who prefer to work long term contract.
