Building Services Engineer

You're an experienced Building Services Design Engineer with strong leadership skills. You'll be part of a team working for a busy and well established Building Services Consultancy working on new build and refurbishment projects for hotels, commercial buildings, retail, leisure, banking, diplomatic and residential. You'll be responsible for producing cost effective and environmentally sound design and maintenance of energy using elements in buildings. You'll be expected to get involved with the design and development of buildings and their components. This will include all equipment and materials involved with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply, lighting, electrical distribution, fire protection and life safety systems. For this role you might have specialized in either electrical or mechanical engineering, but you have to be able to demonstrate a multi-disciplinary approach during team situations.
