Senior Housing Development Officer

Working with this South London Borough you will be acting as a Senior Development Officer to assist in achieving the target for building much needed affordable housing homes in the area.

You will be working as part of the Housing Needs team, working closely with external partners and agencies such as RSL and the Housing Corp in achieving a creative approach to new initiatives.

You will assist in managing the housing development programme and ensure the progress of new schemes through to completion.

Creative, resourceful and adept at partnership working you will have a track record of housing development in a local authority, RSL or similar field.
