This practice was formed as a Property Compliance Management Company covering many sectors, included in this is the Fire Risk & Monitoring Sector which is currently expanding. The company was set up to provide statutory property compliance to the UK’s largest organisations.

In this role you will be carrying out Fire Risk Assessments and reporting to the Field Support Manager. You will be doing these Fire Risk Assessments on a wide variety of building types including Residential and Commercial properties among others, to ensure that client’s requirements are met.

Person Specification-

• You will have detailed knowledge of fire safety legislations, British Standards, Building Regulations and Government Guidelines
• You will have carried out Fire Risk Assessments on a variety of property types
• You will have an accredited Fire Risk Assessment qualification
• You will preferably be a member of the IFE and have NEBOSH certification however this is not essential
• You will have a full driving license
