In this role the Estate Manager will be required to apply relevant legislation/statutory guidance and be outcome oriented.

This role is all about delivering creative solutions to clients who come to this organisation for advice.

To be considered for this role the Estate Manager will have a good technical knowledge of buildings, be able to understand how to reduce reactive maintenance costs through proper planning and will be able to deal effectively with contractors

The Estate Manager will have a track record of property, tenancies, and leases. The Estate Manager will have knowledge of the process through which leasehold properties are acquired or disposed of.

In addition the Estate Manager will be able to keep a handle on budgets

A clean driving licence is essential to be considered for this role.
