This consultancy provides its clients with professional, independent advice and guidance on a whole raft of fire safety issues including Legislations, Fire Safety Engineering, Fire, Smoke & Evacuation Modelling, Risk Assessments and Project Supervision.

In this role you will be working with The Rail Transport Sector carrying out Commissioning for Fire Safety Systems, Installations and Inspections. The types of Fire Systems include Automatic Fire Detection and Alarm Systems, Fixed Fire Protection Systems, Custom-Designed Fire Safety Management Systems, Passive Fire Protection Systems and Air Sampling Systems among others.

Person Specification:-

The Grade 1 Commissioning Fire Engineer will also have:

• The Grade I Commissioning Engineer Certificate
• Experience with Kentec Fire Alarm Control Panels and Advanced Panels
• Experience with Message Changes, System Upgrades and Fault Findings
• Been involved with the Commissioning of Fire Detection and Suppression Systems and will have worked with The London Underground System
• Experience in performing the necessary adjustments, testing and inspections for Fire Systems in order to ensure the systems are in working order and are specified to requirements before the Fire Systems are to be used.
