About the Role:

The Senior Commercial Manager (Rail and Civils) will be required to lead a driven and dynamic commercial team consisting of quantity surveyors, estimators, procurement and business development professionals. The role will require the Senior Commercial Manager (Rail and Civils) to seize every opportunity to make the optimum profit for the company as well as maintaining long term relationships with an established client base. The Senior Commercial Manager (Rail and Civils) will play a key part on brining new work for the company by calling upon your own contacts gained over the years within the rail environment.

About the Candidate:

The Senior Commercial Manager (Rail and Civils) will currently have a strong reputation within either network rail or London underground. The Senior Commercial Manager (Rail and Civils) will ideally come from a quantity surveying background. However those from a project management background who have moved into commercial management will be considered. The Senior Commercial Manager (Rail and Civils) have excellent management and leadership qualities that will drive the optimum amount of performance out of those working under the Senior Commercial Manager (Rail and Civils). The Senior Commercial Manager (Rail and Civils) will be able to guide the company into a new growth strategy for the next 5 years.
