Their projects could be undertaken either as principal contractor or as a specialist interiors contractor.

About the Role:

They require a financially astute, up and coming and dynamic commercial candidate prepared to develop and lead the estimating function for the company. This may not be immediately but the idea would be to work with the commercial director to get to this level over the next couple of years. The individual will more than likely be a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator seeking a long term career managing an estimating department.

About the Candidate:

• 10 – 15 years experience in Quantity Surveying and Estimating.
• Dynamic and energetic.
• Prepared to work hard.
• Long-term player.
• Ideally Degree qualified.
