We have recently been contacted by this highly professional building consultancy with a requirement for CDM Co-ordinators based in London and Berkshire.
In this role the CDM Co-ordinator will need to manage multiple (10+) small projects at any one time.
The CDM Co-ordinator will have a track record of working on multiple small projects as a CDM-C. Some complex Project experience is desirable, along with CDM design risk management experience which is essential.
A NEBOSH Construction/General Certificate is essential and Tech IOSH Membership is desirable.
Attendance at recognised CDM-C 3-day training course is also desirable.
The CDM Co-ordinator will have good time management skills and be a hands-on CDM-C.
