About the Company:

An established RC frame and groundworks contractor focused on delivering a high quality schemes on residential and commercial projects throughout the South East. Current values range from £500k – 10m with current turnover for 2010 in excess of £20m.

About the Role:

They require a focused Estimator to join the team and take a lead function. The Estimator will be able to work under your own initiative in providing a winning tender percentage ratio. The Estimator will be able to produce accurate and competitive tenders within tight timeframes and under pressure. The Estimator would have developed a key contact base of suppliers and clients that can bring value to this role. The reporting line will be an experienced commercial director and the MD.

Experience Required:

• 5 + years experience within RC frames and groundworks
• Have a permanent career history with established names in this field
• Be able to price accurately and competitively with a close eye on detail
• Support the construction team in providing expert and relevant advice to projects
