About the Role:

They require an experienced Estimator with the ability to take a lead function in tendering and securing new portfolio of works for 2010 and beyond. The Estimator will formulate strategies with the contracts director to ensure the growth plan and targets are met. The Estimator will be able comply and adapt to the procedures within the company as well as bring ideas and positive influences gained from your career so far within estimating.

Background Required:

• An organized and focused personality
• Have 7+ years experience in estimating small works, refurbishment and maintenance
• Be professionally qualified, ideally chartered
• Have a positive outlook
• Have a stable permanent career history
