This growing Architecture and Sustainability consultancy are seeking an Associate Director to manage their busy technical team.

The Associate Director will be working on significant masterplanning projects and will be responsible for managing a small team of technical staff, masterplanning and development briefs, preparing concept urban design and planning work, feasibility studies and planning applications for mixed use and residential developments.

Ideally the Associate Director will have good written skills demonstrated by their experience in preparing design and access statements and masterplanning documents, excellent knowledge of planning policy and construction and be able to work with minimum supervision.

The Associate Director will ideally have a minimum of 5 years experience preferably gained with a developer or house builder.
