Permanent opportunity for an experienced Technical Officer to join this busy Maintenance Surveying team.The Technical Officer will be responsible for dealing with day to day maintenance works, void inspections, meeting with and monitoring contractors and liaising with tenants, offering advice on the works needed to be carried out.Ideal candidates will have experience working within a housing association, a public sector property team or similar and be able to demonstrate significant experience and knowledge on day to day maintenance works to housing stock.
