Excellent permanent opportunity to join this growing Architecture and Sustainability consultancy who are seeking an Associate Director to manage their busy technical team.

You will be working on significant masterplanning projects. You will be responsible for managing a small team of technical staff, masterplanning and development briefs, preparing concept urban design and planning work, feasibility studies and planning applications for mixed use and residential developments. Ideal candidates will have good written skills demonstrated by their experience in preparing design and access statements and masterplanning documents, excellent knowledge of planning policy and construction and be able to work with minimum supervision. You will ideally have a minimum of 5 years experience preferably gained with a developer or house builder.

Based: Hampshire

Salary Range: £45,000 to £50,000
